  1. Millionaires crying because their multi-million $$ yachts got damage or investment property vanished? Bahamian's are the richest Caribbean nation.

  2. Why does he keep saying " several " to everything? It hasn't been several days, the airport doesn't have several runways. Winds weren't over 200 mph. It's a sad thing and they need help, but He doesn't have to exaduarate everything??

  3. This is the best, detailed and realistic report yet, so a mighty "thank you!" for this.
I'm watching from Ireland and feel very concerned for the devastation suffered by the people of the Bahamas.

  4. Just think, people in the Carolinas could have prepared had they not been told by Trump that the hurricane was going to Alabama.

  5. They demanded to become independent from Great Britain about 50 years ago. The leaders are sitting on a different island and their tax payers are dieing. I feel compassion for the poor but after helping the injured I think that the rich leaders can rebuild it. We have folks suffering in our own country.

  6. Evacuate them all to Florida temporarily and send the invoice to Dizzy Miss Lizzy, their head of state. She can rattle her jewelry

  7. They are trying to get off the Island. 🤔Reporter , asks them why? 🤦🏻‍♂️. 🙏🏼🙏🏼. Being from 🇵🇷, & having been through Hurricane Maria-prayers are with everyone who was affected by Dorian.

  8. Antigua and Barbuda + Anguilla + Barbados + Bahamas + Bermuda + Dominica + Grenada + Jamaica + Montserrat + Saint Christopher and Nevis + Saint Lucia + Saint Vincent and the Grenadines + Trinidad and Tobago = "Federation of Kalinagia".

  9. SMH WE NEED HELPPPP LOTS OF HELP PLEASE!!! HERE ON GRAND BAHAMA ISLAND AND ABACO ESPECIALLY PLEASEEEEEEEE!!! 😔😞😟😪🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸🇧🇸

  10. The nations, Antigua and Barbuda, Anguilla, Barbados, Bahamas, Bermuda, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Christopher and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago must unite to form into "Federation of Kalinagia".

  11. It;s always the Politicians who hamper relief efforts time and time again !! P.R. now Bahamas ! What a shame.!!!! At least show the people you care by making a presence !! Too busy figuring how to make money off the Hurricane ????

  12. this is so sad! i loved the beach in the bahamas when i went there! 🙁
p.s, i am philipino but i lived in america

  13. Notice that this news corporation says Dorian has caused "at least 29 dead", yet people all over the Bahamas talk of bodies floating in the water. Why publish clearly minimal numbers of dead? Why not make estimates or just skip it till there's been a meaningful count? The corporate media have no idea how many are dead, and these death counts are used to determine how much relief is necessary. There are probably at least a 1,000 dead and 10-20 times that homeless, hungry, and lacking basics.

  14. Tyra “Like Banks” here. I’m a Bahamian- American residing in Orlando. I attend the University of Central Florida.

I am engineering a generous donation drive in collaboration with UCF students, families, organizations, food banks, churches, and countless others who wish to volunteer their time and resources towards helping the people of Grand Bahama & Abaco islands.

Starting at UCF Main Campus, to various locations in the state, we will provide support to the communities of The Bahamas 🇧🇸.

  16. their stupid government and building regulations should only allow proper brick houses and not plywood coffins! that's what killing them! how stupid is that!? build proper house from cement and bricks in area with hurricanes every year!! people wouldn't need to be sorry now

  17. The inhabitants of the islands in the Caribbean are still facing the consequences of the slave trade when their ancestors were brought from Africa to the Caribbean to fall victim to these merciless category 5 hurricanes.

  18. NBC plays the Propaganda card.  Whit his comment  "Government Official  not here"
on his limited  tour of the island. NBC executive send out the order, never let a good disaster go to waste push the propaganda card.  NBC  and the rest of mainstream media, nothing but vultures.vultures.vultures.

  19. Heart-rendering… such loss of family, friends and home. "I am the one who is in misery, O God! Behold me cleaving fast to Thy Name, the All-Possessing." ~ Baha'i Prayer

  20. Did you know you can get a job controlling the weather? They have been able to steer hurricanes for decades. https://www.androidauthority.com/weather-control-1021644/

  21. First to reestablish water and electricity and it may take month or years because they have to clean the mess Dorian left…buried the dead.

  22. Good thing I live in California and I’m safe from any kind of catastrophe; hurricanes, volcanoes, landslides, tsunamis, tornadoes, earthquakes etc.

    Nah…

May all those souls who perished r.i.p.

  23. Forget prayers get on your governments to help the poor brown people. It’s obvious they are getting the cave dwellers out first. Another New Orleans????!!!!! Esau is the devil and y’all need to wake up and stop trusting ur enemies.

  24. Make the casinos pay, they were n have been ripping people off 4years.

  25. large-scale relief effort providing temporary shelter, water, and food needs to be mobilized asap by navies of major powers in the region, US, UK, France, and China.
