Live Urban presents ‘Hood Hopping: LoHi
Hi, I’m Laurel, Live Urban Real Estate’s Marketing Director, and I’m Ariel, Live Urban’s Digital Marketing Manager. And we’re here in Lo-Hi, in front of the pedestrian bridge, which is one of the very nicest features of Lo-Hi, because it connects this hip neighborhood to everything that downtown has to offer. Yeah, so you can live in Lo-Hi and easily get downtown for work or play. Lo-Hi’s walk score is an impressive 9 out of 10. And the transit score is a high 8 out of 10. Local eats and shops are ranked at 9. But the big box and grocery score is a 3. Parking can be difficult, but nightlife is hoppin’. At Live Urban, we think Lo-Hi is the perfect example of an urban neighborhood. It has a great sprinkling of Victorian era homes and a whole lot of new construction They both add charm to the unparalleled dining, shopping and hustle and bustle. In Lo-Hi, you can expect small lots and attached homes. As I was doing my research on Lo-Hi, I discovered that Forbes magazine named Lo-Hi one of America’s best hipster neighborhoods, because of the amazing rooftop bars and the frequent festivals. Let’s go hipster hunting. OK! We’re here at Avanti. It’s a really unique place as you can see. It’s basically an upscale boozy food court. We decided to go with an arepa. Which is definitely big enough to share. So after we eat this what do you want to do? I think we should go try the roof deck. Cheers!
